In this presentation, Daré will present a case study of a newly commissioned multi-million-dollar mining facility that was operated by an Engineering Project & Construction Management (EPCM) organisation with minimal maintenance experience and what effect that had on output.
He will also illustrate how everyday condition monitoring tools can spearhead a defect elimination initiative, eradicating the root cause of problems that lead to multiple and costly unplanned failure events.

A Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) with 30 years of progressive experience in Physical Asset Management, Maintenance, Reliability, Risk Mitigation, Continuous Improvement, Defect Elimination, Hydrocarbons (FLAC) Management and multi-technique Condition Monitoring.
