For each day of your 3 day conference pass: welcome coffee/tea, snack and refreshment break, lunch, access to the exhibition hall, choice of three streams of presentations, evening reception, and all conference presentations available for download before, during and after the conference. Please note: the conference fee does not include travel or hotel expenses.

The Antwerp International Airpot (ANR) is approximately 6km from the Crowne Plaza Antwerp Hotel. Another major airport is Brussels Airport (BRU / EBBR), which has international flights from Brussels, Belgium and is 42 km from Antwerp.

Transportation

The train station is located in the Brussels airport below the terminal; basement level 1.

Taxis are available in front of arrivals. Use only licensed taxis recognized by the blue and yellow emblem.

Free WiFi will be available throughout the entire hotel during the duration of the conference.

You can update your CBM + RELIABILITY CONNECT Live Training Conference registration from your emailed confirmation. You can also update your registration by going to the conference registration website and click “Modify registration”. You will enter your email address and reference number. Once you make your changes you will be emailed a revised conference registration.

Attendee cancellations received in writing no later than 22 May 2023 will be issued a full refund of conference fees, less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 22 May 2023 or for no shows at the conference.
